CYSA Financial Assistance/Grant Program

CYSA is always helping those in need, and our financial assistance program is there especially for the children who are not as fortunate as others. We want to make sure that everyone has an opportunity to enjoy the sport of soccer. Below you will find a form for the Fall Rec & Travel programs as well as one for the CLP United, Premier program. Be sure to download the correct one, complete the form, and email it to the respected program’s VP. All applications will be considered by the Executive board along with the VP of the program. We strongly insist that even though you may have applied for the grant, we encourage you to still register.
