Per the CYSA By-Laws, there is an annual General Meeting which is opened to all coaches & parents to attend. At this meeting we discuss the future of CYSA. We also vote in board members where certain position’s terms will be expiring at the end of the year. These will be found in our By-Laws as well.

At the meeting only registered coaches in that year get a vote for candidates looking to fill positions. Also, any changes to the By-Laws will also be voted which the coaches can also cast a vote for.

This meeting will be held at the end of our Recreational season but before the end of the year. Positions will begin at the start of the NEW year.

This organization has continued to operate with the help of volunteers like you!
